how long should nato stay in afghanistan? the uk presence in afghanistan will need to go on for deceds to help rebuild the country, british ambassador said, the afghan people wanted the uk presence to help resist the taleban and develop the country. bus as the international committee of the red cross recently highlighted, life for ordinary people is getting worse. are you in the region? is the presence of nato troops making the situations worse? what more can be done to protect civilians caught up in the fighting? the taliban know that all the foreign troops will eventually leave the currently escalation is simply designed to accelerated the process, the taliban will ultimately defeat the current civilian governmnet army and will again impose their brutal regimen on the civilian population, if and when the afghans have had enough, they will overthrow th taliban, foreigners can't effect this change. america wants to intervene in iran, at the time they are occupied in afghanistand iraq then interference iniran is not an option. the middle east knows this, bush is just a war monger but he can't move to the next stage of the occupation untill he at least sorts out one current occupied country, this is a no win situation and us and allied will have to leave soon or face growings costs both human and monetary.

The simple answer to this question is "greediness of superpowers". Russia and America are the prime responsible nations and of course the muslim community of Afganisthan is also to be blamed.
