I like to sleep. i can give up anything to sleep. And i like sleep in the morning. people said, early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy wealthy and wise. but, who cares. I think the best time to sleep is in the morning. minimum 8 to 10 hours i usually sleep.

Sleep is very important for me, but it always depends - sometimes I feel very good and fresh after 5-6 hours of sleep, but other time I fell exausted and poor even after 11 hours of sleep. So it depends much on the surounding at night, temperature in the room, how was the day before, what is expected to come on the next day etc. But good and deep sleep make me always feel much, much better, positive and joyful.
