you can picture the scene, you are in work and a copule of groupe emails are flying arround, and then one gets sent to the wrong person and then preverbal hits the fan. next thing you know all kinds of things are being said and people are getting upset. is it worth the banter? or do you just need to take stock of thie situation and get on with it.
