Afraid of cybertech? Good and bad side effect.

I'm so happy that my son learned using the computer when he was 2 years and 3 months old. . . He loves to play in the PC but what i'm afraid of. . . is that, what would be the effect of new technology to my son? Would it be helpful to my son as part of his growing? Or a different effect as he grow in which most of the games he play in the pc are wargames . . .
