Good morning everyone. Well I myself have had a rough couple weeks with my eating habits and that is all going to change this morning. I did not go to McDonald's, I brought a Smart One for lunch and I plan on eating at least 1 apple a day. Unfortunately I did not bring my apple today, but I will definitely eat one when I get home. Tonight I have my step aerobics class and I plan on sweating my butt off. My parents brought over my exercise bike that they got me for my birthday so I plan on testing that bad boy out tonight as well. I just need to get into a routine! Good luck everyone!!

What is this weight loss competition you have going and how can I join it? I have a one year old and since her birth I haven't exactly gone back to my normal size. I was like 126 and I am now like 145. My BMI chart says I am overweight although I wouldn't go that far. I am 5'4". I am going to join a gym next week with my friend who is also in the same boat as me.We are going to Bally's Total Fitness which I know is nationwide. You can get a 30 day trial member ship for $19.I think I am going to do that.

Its a competition for people who want to lose weight. There are no prizes or awards, just a way for a group of people to get together that have a common goal. The competition goes from June 1st to Sept 1st. You never have to tell us your weight, you just have to let us know how many pounds you have lost or gained at the end of the week. Good luck on your weight loss. I have heard great things about Bally Total Fitness! I encourage you to join our little group!

I don't have a scale at home so I won't really be ab;e to tell how much weight I've lost but they probab;y have a scale at Ballys so once I join there count me in!! I have an appointment with them next tuesday.

Racheld, the best thing you probably could do for yourself is to cut out that mcdonalds breakfast:) good for you!! I am up 8 oz from last weigh in, so i have to step it up too. I told my family that i will be eating the lean cuisines for dinner the rest of the week but I am still making them dinners~ just not the yummy, yummy ones;) I think that just a couple of good days will help us stay on track.

Hello everyone ~ i've been doing pretty well these past few days, the only day i wasn't on my plan was on Sunday for Father's day...and not because I planned on it. We were going to have a bbq and at the last minute it got canceled and we ended up going to a mexican restaurant. so needless to say I didn't watch what I ate. But that's okay, i'm back on track and I've lost 4 1/2lbs in two weeks. Not much in the scheme of things, but definetly a good start. And besides losing those few lbs, I look and feel slimmer, so i'm thinking that inches are being lost too...at least I hope so! lol

That's the main thing, you want to look and feel slimmer. You are definitely ahead of the game. I usually feel the best when I try a pair of jeans on and they are just a little bit looser than they were before! Keep up the great job and congratulations on your loss!
