A person is said to have suffered from a heart attack when the coronary arteries that supply blood to the heart get 100 percent blocked because of deposition of cholesterol and fat in the blood vessels. This deposition of fat in the heart vessels starts from the age of 15 years, so it is essential that people start adopting healthy habits early on, in order to promote an occurrence of heart disease later in life.
