Ok I was told that not having enough disk space reserved for the cache can be one cause of your browser running slowly. Does anyone know what a good amount of diskspace would be to have reserved for the cache? ~Kythe42 http://lemurianphoenix.blogspot.com

Maybe use a program to find out how much data is transmitted (in and out) for daily browsing, then set your cache size from the data...

Too much cache stored in your pc will cause your connection to run slow. so its best to delete the cache every other day to maintain your system..other reason for that is because this cache will most likely use the free memory on you pc which you can use supposed to be with storing other impt files. Anyways, that cache is not useful and its ok for you to delete them from your pc.

I use FireFox and 50mb cache. If I have left my comupter running for several days I will manually clear the cache if it starts running slow while surfing. Setting up too large a browser cache can cause you system to drag along.
