Don't Throw the Trash Can Away - It Is Against Company Policy

Want to know how I lost my last job? Well, simply put, I threw a very old trash can away that had a massive hole in the bottom of it. A maintenance tech on the property that I worked at for 4 years as a manager and three years as a security supervisor, helped me throw it away. He still has his job, I lost mine. I had extreme low turnover as a manager and had a great crew. Oh, by the way, I was denied unemployment. No severance.
Well, here is what is even a laugher. The Operations Director who had absolutely no knowledge of the job he was to perform, finally got caught by the company and its multi-million dollar client for some border-line criminal activity and was released from his job. Then, he was given a three-month severance pay. Well, is that not grand? I suffered miserably for five months before finding a job where I had to take a major pay cut just to do what I could to support my family. The department that I was once in charge of and that I respected and enjoyed, had completely fallen apart.
As a certified paralegal (not working as one at the moment), I have done what I could to show the last company that I worked for it is in violation of Reverse Racial Discrimination and I plan on filing a law suit. I now have all the proof and the evidence.
Tell me as a manager, you greatest and most incredible time or how it was that you came to be laid-off?
