Don't Throw the Trash Can Away - It Is Against Company Policy

Want to know how I lost my last job? Well, simply put, I threw a very old trash can away that had a massive hole in the bottom of it. A maintenance tech on the property that I worked at for 4 years as a manager and three years as a security supervisor, helped me throw it away. He still has his job, I lost mine. I had extreme low turnover as a manager and had a great crew. Oh, by the way, I was denied unemployment. No severance. Well, here is what is even a laugher. The Operations Director who had absolutely no knowledge of the job he was to perform, finally got caught by the company and its multi-million dollar client for some border-line criminal activity and was released from his job. Then, he was given a three-month severance pay. Well, is that not grand? I suffered miserably for five months before finding a job where I had to take a major pay cut just to do what I could to support my family. The department that I was once in charge of and that I respected and enjoyed, had completely fallen apart. As a certified paralegal (not working as one at the moment), I have done what I could to show the last company that I worked for it is in violation of Reverse Racial Discrimination and I plan on filing a law suit. I now have all the proof and the evidence. Tell me as a manager, you greatest and most incredible time or how it was that you came to be laid-off?

wow, i cant believe it...i was wondering if you could write to higher ups? ie the board of directors? do you have any legal recourse? the reason you got fired is one of the most ridiculous reasons that i have heard! good luck in your job search!
