Who Makes The Greatest Pancakes Beside's Me

Ha! I do make some great pancakes. However, believe it or not, I think if they are done right, McDonald's has some of the greatest pancakes and they are inexpensive with a sausage patty. I do not eat them everyday, especially now that I have started the South Beach Diet, but I plan on getting back to them eventually. I am not a big fan of the Pancake House's pancakes. In the last few years, they have really gone down the tubes. What I am going to do in the very near future is find the best way to make some pancakes that are low in fat and are healthy for you.
