Is this cheating - What do u think ?

Ok, as you all are well aware that most of the online payments r made in Paypal, and some of the well earning sites nly have this mode of payment. But then there r some countries, where payapl does not exists - mosly in deep asian n afrcian countreis, but then ppl of hese counttries also want to make some money. So one of my onlin freinds asked me a quation - his country does not have a payapl, so he lookked up and found that his neibhouring country is included in paypal list. So he wanted to know if he can open an account slelecting that neibhoring country, n recieve funds there. He has some online freinds, and he said that he can managwe to excahnge that paypal money in his local currecny. So wha he wanted to know was is this right? I dont think its that wrong thing to do... i asked him to better ask any online freind that lives in a paypal country to open an acount for him instead, but he sid he would prefer if the account and password is with him only ... So, what do u suggest? Your comments on this topic pls.

I would say that is cheating. There is a reason that american sites keep it to american getting the money. We give enough to other countries, why do they still want money? Ok, if he wants to make money, find a place that takes international people or make money from his homeland. Maybe I am missing this all. Who knows. This stuff kind of frustrates me that people will do anything illegal to make a buck. You wanted comments, so that is mine. I know it's not you and you are just asking for a friend, but tell him to be careful!

I do agree with u on this. But then he is looking for some money for quite some time, n he has realised that without a paypal it wont be possible to make real online money. What is ur stand on making an account by a friend, that lives in a paypal country n recieve all funds there? LEt me know.

Hi msbawangada!! I wouldnot say it is cheating..Because the user should check all those mode of payment details before joining the program..Paypal has clearly mentioned the list of countries where they provide service. I would suggest to open an account by his friend of another country and ask him to transfer to his account.But there is no way of account and password with him alone..Thanks
