can u pls give me some tips ,, because im really bored in this office im happy but sometimes i want to get out ... ,everyday !oh i wish the clock move fast

you can listen to some music when you have time at noon or have a break,or have a chat with you good friends.the time of work is very boredom and I have the same feeling.
