Has anyone used bathfitters?

I'm thinking of getting my bathroom redone soon. Well, atleast the tub and the walls. I'm not sure if Bath Fitters is all over the U.S. or just here on the East Coast. Anyway, if anyone has used them before, can you tell me what you thought of their services? Thanks in advance!
