Hi friends, The beggar condition in India is far greater than anywhere else. Here in India beggars earn more than an educated clerk and own their own buildings and cars.Yet they resort to begging everyday as this is their occupation. And now this has transformed into a multi-crore industry run by thugs and supported by politicians. But what I saw yesterday made me realise that what we have today is our privilege and not our right. Here is the Incident:-Yesterday after my lunch, I had to go pick my brother from school. But on the way I gave the stray dog in my society some leftovers from the lunch so the food wouldn't be totally wasted. But when I came back I saw that a beggar had snatched the plastic bag from the dog and was now eating the leftovers. This incident has deeply saddened me, I gave her some money and told her to get herself some food. It just makes me wanna respect what we have and not take anything for granted. I am surprised the government(politicians) here are happy to earn money off these beggars and not genuinely help them. Is this condition prevalent in your countries too...What would you have done?

Hello, darkhorse! IN this country you will see two types of beggars, one that you have seen and the other is the so called big baboos, i mean the ministers and the bureaucratics who beg huge amount of money for showing you some favor.they are begging and increasing their bank balance.so there is no difference between these two types of beggars.what do you say?

Its everywhere in my Country then as much as I want to help, I also don't have enough resources to do so! One time, I made all my friends wrap anything like candies, old clothing, bread and as we were walking we are giving those to the street children. It was during valentines day!Its very sad and heartbreaking watching them everyday indeed!
