house price, jumping or down???

have a house is many people's essential requirement...
but now its will become daydream of us...
house price jumping and jumping...
for example: the price in shenzhen is over 10,000 RMB square metre...and as a common white collar, monthly pay about 4k, except essential living cost, how long they will be a house in shenzhen...
our government try many methods to make the house price stablely, you know, it's stable. not come down, but effect is not good, many cities' price is jumping beyond double in two years...and we have difference view for price:
someone expect price coming down, for habitation is essential qualification for humans..
someone worry about if house price is down, maybe effect economic for china or whole world..
how about you?

I live in Jilin ,and the house price here is jumping rencent years ,especially these 2-3years.Now,if you want to buy a house where the transportation is convenient,the price will be over 4k.

I live in tianjin,here the house price is about 3-4 times of several years before,now it can keep stable, over 5K RMB. Many graduates just like me have no ability to afford such a sum of money,Then we have to choose rent the house first, save money to buy the house,it may be quite a long time for me.

Hi friend.I agree with you.The housing price is much higher than the last two years.I am afraid it will be even higher in future.The government now manange to build some flats with small area.Each of the flat is no more than 80 square metre I think. The kind of flat will be cheaper and could be afford by the low income families.There are also many people with steady income apply installment from the bank.It means many people buy the houses on installment.I think the housing price will be as high as it is in hongkong sooner or later.
