I just finished the Sailor Moon S series last night, and I realized something. I don't know why others watch Sailor Moon, but I still watch it at 26 years of age because I still need that "Light of Hope" sometimes. I think that time and again we all need that feeling that good will always win out over evil. We also need that feeling of eternal friendship. I almost came to tears when Sailors Uranus and Neptune died, Neptune wanting to feel the touch of her lover one last time. There are so many touching moments in Sailor Moon, once you get past the girly-ness and the incessant transformations. But that is just what does it for me. For those adults out there who can't let our favorite moon princess go, tell me. Why do you still watch Sailor Moon?

I don't have the time to watch it again but I'm still into it! sailormoon is my all-time favorite anime before, now, and tomorrow. ^__^
sailormoon shows what a true friendship really is and how a pure heart can touch others. in a world like ours now, where it is hard to trust anyone and nothing is done without expecting something in return, this anime encourage us to be kind and to trust others by touching our hearts with their heart-warming and heart-wrenching story. ^__^ like, seeing all of them being loyal to each others and doing anything for a friend, makes me wanna do the same coz the feeling is great. ^__^

Hey I was just googling for some sites to watch some fav episodes of mine when i stumbled upon your discussion/post. It's nice to meet people who connected with sailormoon the same way I did. I'm 22 years old and I'm still collecting the seasons. I can't help it and I can't deny it. I love the show, I love sailormoon and I always will. Its the one thing in this world that makes me happy without a doubt. It's something about undying, neverending, true love that draws me to it. I know exactly where I was what I was doing what time it was and everything when I saw sailormoon for the first time. This post is too long i know i just wanted to get my two cents out here as well.

Well, I was 12 when I saw them for the first time and I used to watch them on TV with my mom (who was then 33). Now I am 22 and I still watch them with a great pleasure because they are ... undescribeble. And remind me of my childhood. And of the power of love, even if they are cartoons. I think the world would be a better place if more people would watch Sailor Moon.
