i just want to know if there is any possible way to encash my paypal balance in the philippines, because as of the moment there is no paypal in the philippines, or do you know any website that are buying paypal credits like the pinoy gold exchange is buying and selling e-golds.

Those paypal users who were in the Philippine territory, can only send and receive money by using paypal. I would suggest that you can actually use paypal and just send the money out of it into your .. I'm not sure actually if you can send the money straight to your bank but you can send it to your another 'just like paypal' online account that supports your country.
