help with pcos

I have PCOS, and I just wanted to know if there was anyone out there who can offer some input on ways to deal with it. Thanks so much!

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polycystic_ovary_syndrome This is a nice overview of the problem with much information. I think it is really something you can learn to deal with positively and Pray For healing and patience to deal with it.
