The results of squash fritters......

Drum Roll Please................... I fried some by dropping spoonfuls in the fry daddy and I was afraid they weren't all going to get done so I fried some as usual in my iron skillet. The results were delicious!!!! But we all like the flat patties much better. I don't know why they both tasted the same but I guess because they were flatter. But with the cheese added , they were sooo good. I added an image of them. LOL They were good.

Thanks for sharing....Though I wonder how they would taste baked? I'm not really too big on fried foods. And you can't go wrong adding cheese!

We had them with our meal, Liver and Onions for hubby and kraut and wiennies for me and lima beans and sliced fresh tomatoes. Thanks for posting.

Glad they turned out , yeah like I said I think the flat ones in the pan would of been better, seems like the others would of stayed hot for ever, you sound like a busy gal canning and frying,.

My mother-in-law just brought me some yellow squash and cucumbers. Your fritters sound great, but I do try to avoid frying. I probably slice the squash and some onions and stir fry them. It is quick and easy to prepare
