Manila, Makati, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Quezon - all cities in Metro Manila Philippines, where I have resided at one point or another for the past thirty years. The longest was in Pasig. What is recife, is it really a city?

I can't believe there really is a city named recife. I also lived in Quezon City and sometimes I go to Trece Martirez City in Cavite.
