Do you like to have your picture taken - or - do you busy yourself with other things when the camera is out, perhaps you arrange it that you are the picture taker as an excuse (shhh we won't tell anyone there is a delay feature *wink*)
Do you ham it up for the camera? why or why not?

i wouldn't say i'm a ham but i do like my picture taken..which is the complete opposite of my grandmother-it was against her beliefs to have photos taken and would go to any length to prevent it.
i pretended to take her pic once when i was a kid and i thought she was going to tear my head off LOL

I am always behind the camera, and if not I am conveniently walking around the corner. Just the other day at a biorthday party, someone had a video camera. I heard her and saw her going around to everyone's faces saying, "so and so is doing this" etc. By the time she got to my chair, I was conveniently behind the garage "helping" my son with something. LOL I hate pictures and have managed for roughly 3 years to not be in one.

I just realized a few weeks ago that I do not have many photos of me. My future generations are not going to know what I looked like. I am usually the one taking the photos. I think I will have to let someone take some of me though.

I do not like my picture taken, and I will try to hide because I do not think I look that good. I have to look perfect, my hair has to be just so, not flat on top, and I do not want that I have this big top and those Popeye the Sailorman arms. And smile, I gain about ten pounds just by grinning. The only reason is so some people know what I look like, and whether I have lost any weight.

To me the camera is the enemy! I will do all I can to keep the cameras off of me...even if it means hiding behind the tallest person in a group photo...lol.

I despise having my picture taken! I have never thought that I was very photogenic, and now that I have gained back the weight that I lost (50 pounds) I really feel non-photogenic! As you described, I am the one carrying the camera and suggesting pictures! Now you've gone and given away my secret!

I am usually the one taking the photos of others. I do enjoy taking photos and I am not that pretty so I dont enjoy having my photo taking. I can usually find an excuse to get out of the picture. I wish I had more photos of me so my future generations could see what I look like though

Ok, this is going to sound strange but at one time, when I was young I was the ham - loved having my picture taken. In my late teens however I spent a period of time as a model. Since that time I hate having my picture taken - first of all I am my worst critic and do not like 'bad photos' next I tend to enjoy being the one behind the camera much much more than being in front of it.

I used to like pictures! But now I dont. Right now I'm 25 weeks pregnant, and I think I look big and yucky! Normally I dont mind though, when I am happy with my weight and appearance. I wouldnt say I am a real ham, but I don't mind it! For now though, I am shutter shy!

Since I am usually the one taking the photos, I hadn't really thought about this!
It is so sad though...most all of the video and still pics of the kids when they were babies had Grandma, Grandpa and Daddy in them...NO MOMMY!
I wish that I would have hammed it up a little and gotten into some of those treasured shots!

I'm comfortable having my photo taken, part of it is since I take a lot of photographs I know how difficult it is to have an unwilling subject.
