Do you think that the Hot Pockets commercial is offensive?

If you haven't seen it yet, there's a hot pockets commercial wherein:
A Chinese stereotype says "YOU'RE NOT HUNGRY FOR GIRL! YOU HUNGRY FOR HOT POCKETS!"
I think that this commercial is blatantly offensive. If they had given him a normal accent, or a bit more character, it would be fine.
However, the character isn't even selling the hot pockets based on their taste, flavor, or goodness. He's grabbing the attention of the audience with his rapacious racial stereotype.
Sadly, racial stereotypes still exist today; (Uncle Ben, Aunt Jemima)
What do you think?

Well, it's two suburban-looking teens kissing on a couch. The chinese dude pops up from nowhere and says his line.
