Registering with Moneybookers.

Yesterday I submitted my Moneybookers account details
to MyLot.I only have a couple of dollars that I made at MyLot who will only pay me after each $10.00 that I
earn.Moneybookers sent me an email to fund my account
now.I did'nt know that this was going to happen.I did
not have this problem with Egold.Does this mean I will
have to reapply when I have enough money?
