With all the talk of Global warming and the obvious signs of climate change, what are you personally doing to help.

I have changed all light bulbs in my place into energy-saving light bulbs. I print documents on both sides of paper. I eat more vegetables than meat. (Vegetarian food is processed less than meat. Thus, less energy is used.) I do not turn on AC until the temp is higher than 75. I walk downstairs. I walk upstairs when the floor is 5 or less levels. I consider all I do is good for my health directly and good the earth indirectly. And I'm happy :)

We are reducing our waste by recycling more and using more reusable products. Lowering our energy usage by keeping non-esential electrical items off and unplugged while not in use, switched our light bulbs to more energy efficient types, drive only 1 car and only when going somewhere too far to walk. We grow a garden and compost for it, hang clothes and diapers outside on the line, and do not use harmful chemicals for cleaning or pest control. We buy local when we can, organic when we can't get local, and spend time talking with others and sharing what we do and why so that they can get inspired to help too.

I'm doing everything I can ... Recycling, saving on water, saving on electricity, riding my bike to work instead of buying a car and so on. Plus I hope the WWF does a lot of good with all the money I give to them every month.

I recycle everything that we possibly can. We do not buy new stuff if we have something that works already. I try not to use more power than absolutely necessary. I do not drive around for the fun of it.
