What's the BEST and CHEAPEST website for advertising?

Hi folks, I just wanted to get some opinions on which websites I should use to promote my online business, with a very low budget. I don't want to exceed about £5/$10. I know clixsense and adbux are pretty popular, but I son't think they target people as well as some of the others. You don't really get unique visitors, because I know I've read a few ads on there a dozen times before. I don't want the same people reading my ads, so unique visitors are important. I've found one site, heavenlyemails.com, and that's very cheap, but doesn't have many members. Does anyone know of any others? I'd really like to hear from you, cheers in advance
