Do you eat more when your tummy rumbles?

Does more rumbling mean that you are more hungry?Do you find that you eat more when yout tummy rumbles from hunger?I always find that my tummy rumbles when I don;t eat sufficient food.what about you?

I do not think tummy rumbling has anything to do with hunger. My tummy rumbles because I am trying to lose weight and a little voice in my stomach is telling me, " You are not fat, it is an illusion, eat more. So I disregard it.
