Over or Under?

Toilet paper.... Do you have to have the roll going over or under the roll or does it really matter? Or do you have some other dispencing method that you use? I'm sitting here at work and there are a few ladies that are discussing this very topic. One lady said adamantly that she has to have it going under because it is "proper" and she has even admitted to changing the toilet paper at someone elses house (when she was visiting) to go under because that is how it is supposed to go. Me personally, I couldn't care less lol as long as there is tiolet paper there when I need to go. How about you?

I always do it over, because when it is under there is always some hanging down it seems. I think over is the best way to go, but that is just me, I dont fix other people's but I always put mine in over. Hotels do it over too with the fold on the top =)

I thought this lady was going a little too far when she said that she fixed other peoples tiolet paper when she went to visit lol.

Ours always goes over the top. I think it unrolls too easily if it goes under. I have changed it from going under to over top at work before, but I don't think I would ever change it in someone else's house! LOL Hotels put TP on to go over the top, how else would they make it into a neat little point by folding the edges under! Is there really a "proper" way or is it just preference????

That's another question, why do hotels fold it to a point? I always thought that was kind of funny too!

LOL honestly I can't remeber... What do I care, it does the trick so who cares if the paper comes out 'over or under'? :-D
