We like our pork chops with cream of mushrooms soup on them. Just put pork chops and cream of mushroom soup in the crock pot on low for 8-10 hrs. And if you like french fried onions top with that before serving.

Crockpot Spicy Pork Chops (Serves 6 -8)
ingredients
2 ribs celery, sliced
1 cup chopped onion
6 to 8 boneless pork chops, about 3/4 to 1-inch thick
1 green bell pepper, cut in strips
1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper or seasoned pepper
2 cups spicy V-8 vegetable juice or V-8 and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch, blended with 2 tablespoons cold water.
Instructions:
Place celery and chopped onion in crockpot. Trim excess fat from pork chops; add to slow cooker. Sprinkle pepper strips around and between pork chops. Pour V-8 juice over all. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
With a slotted spoon, transfer pork chops and vegetables to a platter; keep warm.
Strain remaining juices into a measuring cup; skim off fat. Measure 2 cups of liquid into a saucepan. Stir in the cornstarch and water mixture. Cook, stirring, ver medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
Continue cooking for 2 minutes longer, stirring frequently.

Here's a no fuss slow cooker recipe that produces a very tender and flavorful pork chops.
You will need
8 pork chops and
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
Spread a thin layer of barbeque sauce on the bottom of a slow cooker. Alternately layer pork chops with barbeque sauce, pouring the remainder of the bottle over the top of the final layer of chops.
Cook on HIGH setting for 3 to 4 hours, or all day on LOW setting.

These are a big hit with my boyfriend. I ususally don't have caraway seeds, so I consider them optional.
Sweet and Sour Porkchops
4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick and trimmed
Vegetable oil for browning
1 med. onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 cups drained sauerkraut
3/4 cup apple juice
1 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup sliced tart apples
Brown pork chops; set aside. Place in a slow cooker half of onion rings, garlic powder, sauerkraut, apple juice, caraway seed, salt, thyme and pepper. Place remaining half of ingredients on top of chops; top with apple slices.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.

Hi amaleigh, i am writing down a very easy recipe for you i hope you will enjoy making and eating it. all you need to do is.....................
take 4-6 boneless pork chops, about 3/4 to one inch thick
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tsp Wyler's Shakers Beef and French Onion flavour
one tbsp dried minced onion
2 tsp dried parsely, optional.
place all ingredients in the slow cooker or a crokpot. cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
it is done.

You should be able to find a good recipe on www.crockpot.com or www.crockpot.ca they both have a recipe section. I have a crock pot that I got for our wedding but I have never actually used it yet.
