What is the fastest and healthiest way I can lose 10 lbs and how to keep it off?

try to go on a low carbo high protein diet, but not totally off anything. eat regularly but in small amounts. never skip meals. your biggest meal should be for lunch and not for dinner. and of course, exercise and vitamins. it may not be very fast but it is definately healthy
