First of all, I am very naive on this, I have no clue what the big deal is because I have no clue what it entales. Can someone tell me what it is and what do you think about it?

Personally I think it shows our progress and I have nothing against.
I've watched programs where people have gone aboard to have it done because it's illegal here, so need to seek it else where in another nation.
what I've actually heard is that it can help.
