What are children's rightS? Should they have the same rights as adults? Where do you draw the line? What are your reasons? do you think we have become a child worshipping nation, as some say? What are your thoughts?

I think children should have more rights because it's hard enough for them to speak up. They should be allowed to be treated as an adult. Example two parents. (both want the child, none have done anything wrong) The mother doesn't want to lose the kid but doesn't want to share. The kid does and would like to live with the father because they connect better. (could be visa versa) I think if the child wises to live with one It should be taken into account. ~Joey

yes in that case, the child should be able to see both parents. The child has a love for both if them that surpasses anything. And the parents shouldnt be selfish, because it will ultimately harm the child.

Well we really put ourselves into jail if we abuse children. Children has all the rights to go to school, to play, to be sheltered, to be clothed, to live and everything. Children are very precious and they are just kids anyway so that's it.
