Gangs

What is with gangs? How can they be stopped? I have seen the outcome of gang violence, and personally I think of these people as cowards. Is it really anywhere justified that a bunch of people beat up one person? I mean, that seems a little cowardice to me. I do not like gangs, and want to see them broken up. What do you think? Any ideas on how to control the situation? I know at malls, in my area they have a rule that no more than 4 people can walk together without an adult present.

i think gangs should be split up as they are intimidating the public day in day out which is not on. they think they are all hard

Gangs are a problem in many cities around the US. There is no justification for anyone getting beat up. I ran across a great website months ago that adressed this entire issue. Unfortunately, I can't recall what it was. I was done by a man who has personaly studied and infiltrated gangs and even interview their leaders. If you do an Internet search, you will find dozens of resources pertaining to gangs.
