when you are fair, you are impartial, just, unbiased, and equitable.
being impartial means that you avoid taking sides in you freidns arguemtn
if you help your friends solve their disagreement so that both parites feel they got a fair shake, that's being just
when you hold off forming an opinion of the new girl based on how she looks or dresses and you waiti until you get to know her, your opinion of her will be unbiased.
being equitable means not domination the converstaion and giving someone else a chance to speak
