I think we are also playing an imp. role, because "ONE VOTE CAN CHANGE THE NATION" isn't it?

It could never be denied that for the past decades leading up to this new century, our faith with our political leaders had has been steadily dwindling. Primarily because of the many plans/promises which were not met adequately. Sadly, we could never escape the fact that in democracy these are our elected officials. In most cases, the leaders are just reflective of the current state of those who are lead. If we have good people, we could easily select the best. Again, sadly the whole society is now going down. Politicians are just reflections of this current state we are in. Sadly.

Yes it can but how many of us go and cast the vote. the problem lies here so many of educated people do not believe in secularism and to add to it those who can think wisely do not go to cast their votes. result is hooligans are standing up for the elections and winning. Can you believe in my small native village no one went to cast the vote as a rumor was spread that the electronic machine causes electrocution. So on the booth people started asking which one to vote for and pressed the buttons and sometimes when they pressed wrong it was over looked. People should get education and basic infrastructure facilities first then we can talk about changing the course of nation.

Not in all.It is very difficult to believe all politicians. They will talk one thing and do another thing. It is very difficult to find a good leader now a days .Every one is running behind money and fame. They are all leading luxurious life. One vote can change the nation, but the decission to give vote for leaders is very confusive.Politics is politricks. They are playing tricks in front of us.
