is age really matters?

im sad for my sister,her husband 36 yrs old was layoff from his job 5 months ago,and my sister is 38 yrs old now,both graduated a 4 yr degree course.theyve been applying for a new jobn,but my sis says they have a hard time getting one because of their age.

I dont think it does matter because my husband and i are having very long gap. I also know someone that she is older than her husband. They are very happy couple but the problem sometimes the older is the one who really head of the family. You know what i mean? Meaning she is the one always have the decision to follow. And i think i believe that because when i have a bf long time ago that was younger than myself, i am always the one thinks of our relationship. Hmmm hard its better the guy is older than the woman.
