If any one knows how to make money from affilate which affilate is good. Is there any forms to join with them, or any one can join with them any one in world can do this. Please tell me.

There are many affiliate programs out there. Which one is good?
Well, it depends on how you market it: You can have the best program out there and make no money.
Search for one that offers something that might interest you or for one with a great payplan. It's up to you.

To join with an affiliate program you only need a credit card to pay for your monthly fees and to fill out the signup form. The credit card is not needed if you join a program with a free membership ;)
