I'm back from my trip! My daughter's wedding was beautiful, and we had a few days to spend with family and friends. The weather was hot, the food was wonderful, and we had a great time. But I am glad to be home. We have lived here for 15 months now, and it is really starting to feel like home. Now I need to recuperate. Why does it always seem like you need a vacation from your vacation?

The life underwater is phenomenal. - Snorkelling is the best thing!
I know exactly how you feel. A couple of weeks ago, I got back from a 10 day snorkelling and shopping vacation with my family as well as my aunt's. There were 10 of us including little kids - 4 years. I think it's the luggages and the travel that tires us. At the hotel and while on holiday, there was never a moment of tiredness. We were all out to enjoy ourselves to the max. Island hopping, swimming in the hotel's pool, snorkelling, walking till our feet sore from shopping but there was never a word of complaint from anyone. I guess, when we do finally get back home, our subconscious mind is already telling us that we have to get back to work and life will continue as they were and the chores will have to get done,etc.. That's what tires us out. - Lyn

Glad that you had such a good time! It is nice to be home isnt it? lol. We are going to the lake for 2 weeks and when we come home, right back to work, no time to relax before we go back. I was just talking to hubby and we are thinking of just going for one week. So then we can be home for a week and spend some time at home with the kids, before we ave to go back to work.
