We always talk of health and health concers. We also know the danger of having chaats and other roadside food because they are not so hygeinic. Still we eat them regularly and their business is blooming. Do you think of your health before eating such food stuff?Truly speaking, I never. Only if the man serving is dirty or the place is dirty or unhygeinic, I avoid eating at that place. Otherwise, I love all these stuffs. What about you?

Hi Rakhi, I eat chaat or other roadside foods occassionally just to change taste say on sunday evening. When I eat these things, I take less food in home. Thus I make up this extra eating. Some people eat daily. This is not good for digestion. We should not be addicted of anything. Our body has a limit and we should always keep this in mind. Too much pressure will cause deterioration. I have also noticed that there are families who eats such things at evening hour and do not cook food at home. This is also not good as we need balanced diet which involves : rice, chapati, pulse, vegetables, pure ghee, milk etc which provide all type of nutrients. I too see first the cleanliness of the such small food places then only decide to eat.

Hahahah If you start thinking about all those factors then no one will eat :) so before eating those things stop thinking and simply start thinking. :)
