I always want to take part in some activities to improve my skills, like communicating with others..sometimes I feel that so many things make me very tired, you know, because I also have to tackle my study. I'm studying in a medical school, so I find it rather difficult to keep balance between study and activities..sometimes I don't know what I really want to get from the activities, although I can get a lot of friends there, I feel that's not enough. One of my friends once said to me that she wanted to attend acitivities to improve herself too, but she always gave up because of the study. I believe I can spare some time to deal with activities, but if I always keep the 'not enough' thought, maybe one day I'll be exhausted.. be

I can understand your situation,u really need to carefully plan ur time while ur looking to improve yourself ,it depends on the person, some people are very good in managing their time and are multifarious personalities in the sense that they can mange both the work as well as entertainment. You need to prioritize your activites and decide for yourself what is best for you,u can improve your communicating skills, u just need to be patient and carefully plan ur time so as to strile the correct balance between studies and such activities.
