Yesterday, my daughter who is moving in with me, asked her ex to move his car

from in front of the door at her old house. He has known for a week that today was the day she would be moving her furniture out, he got belligerent, threatened to have her arrested if she had the damned thing towed, and told her he'd move it when he felt like it. Then to, make matters worse, he had the audacity to call here at 2 am and ream her out over the phone for being so inconsiderate to his feelings (obviously drunk). Then he had the gall to call this morning and ask her where she was moving to so he could move back in with her! What is with men like this? She left him because he literally destroyed her house, and hurt her. Why would he think he could move back in with her? By the way, We figure its going to cost us over $1000 in materials to fix what he has destroyed. Luckily friends and family are well versed in construction.

Well I'm glad to hear that this is her EX and not someone that she is still with. My daughter was involved with an idiot guy similar to that. It took her a long time to finally get rid of the jerk. Men like that are no good. If this guy continues to harrass your daughter, I suggest she call the police. It's good to have a record of this harrassment in case she ever needs to take him to court. Good luck to her.

So, we went to move her furniture. He has taken the cover for her favourite chair( which actually belongs to me!) and the centre stretcher slat for her bed, so she can't sleep in the bed, or sit on the chair without buying the parts again. luckily, we bought them both at Ikea, so should be able to get them replaced. he also took her kids' favourite dvds, and destroyed her dvd player. what a complete loser

If I were your daughter I would get her numbers changed and try to get far away from that jerk as possible. To the best of luck to her, and as for him, let him rot.

Unfortunately, he has court ordered visiting rights, so she has to put up with him until the baby is old enough to tell him to bugger off
