Do you prefer jackets/sweater to keep you warm?

The weather here is getting pretty chilly at night. So i'm wearing my jacket to keep me warm. And of course, my socks. It's a must. What do you prefer to keep you warm? Do you wear a jacket or a sweater? Or both? Or are you the type that can really withstand the cold and just not wear either? Thanks for sharing, guys!

I tend to wear sweaters more than jackets. Jackets can get too hot. It is necesary for us to own at least one jacket as certain situations can be extremely cold. For example, late today my daughter has horse riding. It starts before sundown, but is dark & very cdfold about half way through her lessoon. I have thickish socks, in fact, lately, I have been wearing socks to bed.

hi jenny~~ For me personally, once my feet are cold, it doesn't matter whether i wear both a sweater and a jacket, i'll still feel cold.. socks are my best heat insulator.. i'll feel chills on my body but not as bad as no socks at all.. i can get sick if my feet doesn't get enough heat.. i don't know whether it's just me or most people are like that too.. :)

I wear a jacket most of the time. I don't really like sweaters. They're itchy! lol..

Jackets. I'm not much of a sweater person. They keep me to warm and I don't enjoy that feeling :P ~Joey Kudos!

Haha. Same here.. I think the only times i used my sweaters was when my late grandma took care of me when i was a kid. What's up with grandmothers and sweaters? :p Anyways, thanks for responding, joey!

Most times I can't wear sweaters because I'm allergic to the material. So, I crank up the house heaters and roast all winter long! Most times I wear a sweatshirt or several layers of clothing. If I were going outside, certianly, I would wear warm clothing and jackets though. Otherwise I'd become very ill.

i like wearing sweater more than i like wearing jackets, i feel constricted when i wear jackets hence i wear layers upon layers of sweaters. :D
