Are you satisfied with the quantum of earning that myLot provides for the response work? As per me, I am average satisfied, but not fully. In my opinion, myLot should have a system for adding up referrals for good star-grade achievers and quality composers to help them from 'Earning Point of View'. This will be certainly a good step to develop quality postings of responses and discussions. What is your opinion? Please share your views.

Personally I think mylot should set a pay rate and let us know what that is. What they should do is tell us that there is a minimum character count we have to reach to achieve the maximum pay or else we only get paid a penny per response. That way it takes away the guess work for us.
Plus I think mylot should give monthly incentives for those who are active all month as a way of keeping us active and possibly making those who chose not be active they may decide that it is worth it to become an active member.
