Ideas for simple, quick meals, anyone?

Ok, I need to go to the grocery store soon. I will add that doing this is one of my least favorite things to do. But this time I am determined to only buy what I need, and not just come home with junk food. (And somewhere, somehow along the line I will remember to take my coupons and then to actually give them to the cashier!)
What I do need, though, are ideas for simple, quick to make dinners. I am getting bored with old stand by dinners, and feel the need to try out something new. Any ideas, or suggestions as to where to look for new inspirations? We all like chicken dishes, and things with ground beef. I recently made 'bowls' similar to the ones they advertise at KFC. They are actually pretty good, but I don't want to over-do them, and get burnt out on those, too.
Any suggestions will be welcomed! Thanks in advance!

OMG Ihave to tell you about a recipie that my kids love. It is Sweet Keilbasa. It is so easy and cooks in 30-45min.
All you do is take Keilbasa and put it in a baking pan. Add enough water to the bottom to cover. Take brown sugar and as much as you want and speinkle all ove the keilbasa and the pan. Set the oven to 350degrees. You can add potatoes to the pan, onions, carrots, corn any kind of vegitable you want and that can fit. cook for 30min if keilbasa is thawed and 45min if frozen.
Then you make any other side dish you wish.
When done cut and serve it is awesom. The brown sugar sweetins the keilbasa so it is not as salty.
If you needo ther kid friendly recipies visit my website I have loads meals kids love to eat and make along with kid friendly snacks and treats.

Order you one of those express101's you will love it. The recipes are so simple a child could follow them. And, the food is better than quick or fast food. It is sure better microwave food. Keep us updated and let us know how you like it if you get one, good-luck.
