My car messed up!!!

Today my car (1994 TOYOTA SUPRA TWIN TURBO) is in a hospital (on service i mean!)... How did that happen? Ok...I'll let you know! There was one guy that I raced with....we raiced for PINKSLIPS....If I win...I get his car (MERCEDES SLR) and if he wins...he gets mine!!! I won him and he got all angry....he started punching me...I hit back! When other people came...they took us apart...I got into my car and started the engine...in a second he kicks the windshield of my car and gets away....now I brought her to the service and thinking what to do to that guy...POLICE IS OUT OF THE QUESTION!!! I raised my car by myself...bought it STOCK and TUNED her in the best tuning shops!!! I love this car...It's a part of my life! Now I need some advices on this situation! please help me out!

Tehnically you can not do anything about it....Does this still happen...lol. I remember back when we used to do it). Obviously he was not the real deal and maybe you should have picked up on the vibes...Deals like these have to be witnessed by your friends and the other parties friends.

I know that they are all illegal, they were pretty popular here in Australia many years ago, and they have cut right down on it and its not very active, because the risk is too high. They did open a raceway so these people can do it in safety. They have meets on a monthly basis.
I know that you cannot call the cops thats why I said technically you cannot do anything about it....(im female too..dude.)

Hunt the guy down. I'm not saying get a hit on him, but take his car. Technically, if he busts you, you can threaten by saying you raced for it. You'll still get in trouble if he calls the cops, but I don't think he'll want to get in just as much trouble.~Swift the Vampyre Halfling
