what is your typical breakfast ritual?

well, some people have a breakfast like a king, others just drink a cup of coffee and read the news-paper or listen to the radio. What is your typical brakfast ritual?

When I am at home I usually get up and make myself a cup of coffee, and maybe a bagel with cream cheese. Now that I am down here, my sweetie-pie cooks for me, and sometimes brings me breakfast in bed. I think I like it down here in AZ better. ;-)
