Do you ever see deceased friends or relatives in your dreams?

About fifteen years ago, my brother passed away in an auto wreck.
And, two weeks later, I had the most amazing dream about him. In my dream several years had passed by, and my brother came home and told me that he'd been living in California for awhile.
I was so happy to see him, and to find out that his passing had been a lie. I couldn't stop crying and hugging him. He seemed very calm and happy, much the way I remembered him.
I told him all the things that I wanted to say, but, had never gotten to during our last phone conversation. I told him that I was sorry I had been mad at him, but that was over now. And, he told me that he already knew and it was OK. He told me that he understood. I resolved all the issues that had been between us, and hugged him again.
Later I woke up crying. Even though it was only a dream, I still felt some closure. For almost ten years I grieved his passing, but getting to see him one last time alive, if only in my dreams, helped me to feel at peace.
I've never shared my dream with anyone until now.
Do you ever dream of your family or friends who have passed away? Have you had the chance to speak to them and say the things that are in your heart? Do you see these dreams as your heart's way of dealing with grief? Or, as their way of reaching you from beyond?

I just had a dream about my grandmother who passed away this past April of actully the day before Easter. She was in good health in my dream it was like a family get together. I guess that was her way of letting me know she is alright.
