3 ways to stop judging others

ACCEPT that not everyone knows the same things as you, values the same things as you, hold the same things sacred as you... and that's good for everyone! UNDERSTAND that, 99.99999999....% of the time, people are responding based on their internal landscape and what's in their head, not to you. Don't take things so personally! REMEMBER that you don't know what pain another person has or has had, any more than they know yours. You just can't judge a book by it's cover!

Also don't assume you would of done something differently. You don't know that for sure because until the same exact thing happens to you under the same circumstances. You just don't know. Thanks for pointing this thing out.

Amen to this discussion. I hate seeing discussions where someone has come on here for advice just to get bashed. I don't personally ever remember getting judged on here and if I have I obviously didn't pay much attention because I don't remember. I'm really good at ignoring rude and judgemental comments.
