I love crying at movies or books, because I always feel very relieved afterwards. I think sad movies or books are such a delight because they give you an outlet for the sad times where you won't let yourself cry because you want to stay strong.

I am not afraid, just the crying is not my way to express my emotions. And usually i think that even the most sad and realistic movie is hyperbolized, so my emotions are not so dramatic.

I do cry, but i try to hide it so no one sees. I remember watching the movie "Pay it forward" The lasts part had me crying so loudly I thought everyone was gonna hear. That was such a sad movie at the end. But i cry at happy endings too. Like "you've got mail" when they finally meet.
