How do you feel about the NS13 thing on KOL?

I had actually been off kingdom of loathing for a while just because I got bored of it, and wasn't spending much time online except for the time I spent on mylot. Then just a few days ago I saw my husband playing and just wanted to play! So now I'm back doing Kingdom of Loathing, just in time to discover NS13!!!
I'm actually kind of excited about the whole thing. The last few times I had tried to play KOL, I had gotten bored quickly even when I chose different paths because everything seemed so similar, so I'm excited about having new territory and quests to discover!
The only thing that bugs me really is that it's going to be a while before I really get to the good parts, since I'm practically just starting an ascension right now. I almost wish I had waited, but I was just too excited to start playing again!
Since at the moment I'm sitting here waiting for rolloever to be done, I thought I might as well start a discussion about KOL while I was at it! Anyone have any thoughts?

Kingdom of loathing is a really fun game. Very witty. I really enjoy it because it's low-stress... you only play so many turns a day, so it's not like something you have to be on 24/7 in order to keep up with!

I haven't really been playing much lately either, as I've got way too many things that I should be doing instead. I had just ascended one of my characters at the beginning of last week, so that by the time NS13 rolled around, I'd be pretty close to level 10. Then real life got in the way, and I haven't played all week. :)
I think I'm more interested in seeing what they add in at level 11 and 12 for the quests, but I will also be interested in seeing if there are any changes to the actual NS quest as well.
Now, to figure out how to add about 5 extra hours to each day... that might give me enough time to keep up on all of my hobbies... :)

I feel the same way you do about needing more time in the day to keep up with all my hobbies! =p
I just ascended a few days ago, and am now at level 8 I think. Today I first got to try out some of the new stuff, when I discovered the quest at my guild for making my legendary epic weapon! I was so excited to already encounter something new! =)
I can't wait to see those new 11 and 12 quests as well!
