i prefer water, cause first it has less chemical and i am lazy to make a juice..hha!!^^ when i am with my family my daughter is the one who makes juice but my son is insisting that he is better in juice making, and they quarrel, they are already grown ups.. what do you prefer - water, juice, or soda?? i love soda, coke, sprite, royal..and many others..mountain dew, but they say it is bad for our health so i made it a point that i will stop drinking it..thanks.. share...^^

oh, you know for you to eliminate that liquid in your body i think you have to drink 30 glass/cups of water(i mean no in just one day, ok!!^^?), so it is a hard job, maybe just lessen your drinking, i know it is hard, thanks!!^^

yes, you are right, and you may drink fresh juices too, it is good or they say better, cause it also have vitamins, but as water implies it is the neutralizer, right!?, so more water, but not more as in you cannot take water anymore, it can kill you, thanks.. good!!^^

I drink water, pure water. I never drink any aerated drinks like coke, pepsi, sprite etc. They contain many harmful chemicals in excess quantity, which is dangerous to health. I think water is the best option.

No my friend, not that I never had soft drinks in the past. Before five or six years I regularly used to drink coke, pepsi etc. It was only after that, adverse study reports on them came to my attention and I stopped drinking them. Even now when I visit some house and they offer soft drinks as a part of their hospitality I don't reject it, I simply drink it. But I don't buy it myself for the use in our home. That's all. Thank you for the comment.

oh, now i know and understand yeah you are right when you go to your friend's or relative's house, what they offer always is soda or juices, but more on soda, and you cannot disagree or you cannot resist or avoid the soda, but you can just practice drinking water and i think you should or maybe you could say to them water or juice so it will be better, but since it happens just occasionally then go, now you have changed your lifestyle so it is better but you know my old dad used to say this "We are all going to die so eat whatever you like!!" and as other people say here "Deadly is to be very clean" - meaning very health conscious and being so delicate on choosing what to eat(dirty/not), haha!!lol") thanks!!^^good!!

are you sure you never drink coke, even once, wow so you are very healthy in terms of that, but you drink juices?, instant or the difficult juice i just call it so i mean you have to squeeze or use an equipment to get the fruit's juice, wow, that's great and i have nothing to say or warn, haha!!thanks, good!!^^

Usually I'd just drink plain iced water. It quenches my thirst really quickly and helps me to cool down on a warm day. But there are times when I really enjoy ice cold fruit juices as well. These must be freshly made because then it'll taste really good. Sometimes, I'd drink Chinese tea or some herbal tea after a meal. This happens when the weather is cold and we wish to keep warm or when we are having a meal at a Chinese restaurant or at some cafe.

I've been drinking a lot of water here lately. Like you I love my sodas but I've been trying to cut back. I'll have maybe one soda a day and the rest of the time I'll drink water. So I always have a glass of water after I eat.

oh no, that's bad!!, what i mean one soda a day s bad, cause my son's teacher has told him that to eliminate those soda it need you to have 30 glasses or cups of water, totally eliminate it, whoa!!, i don't believe it much but my son is insisting so i just follow what he said, and it is good, since soda is highly acidic and is somewhat a sugar which is made to be liquid...so it is bad for you, okay, just have one soda a week or month ok!!^^, so no to have future illness, thanks...good!!^^just a rocking but caring mom here...^^

yes, water is really the best drink, so why bother to other sweetened drink, but and but and but, sometime we just cannot resist the temptation of soda or sweetened drinks, but we have to practice getting it off, for our future, thanks, good!!^^

If I drank a bottle of water with my dinner, then I'll relax with a glass of Coca-cola afterwards. If I had Coke with my dinner, then I'll drink a bottle of water. But no matter what, before I go to sleep at night, the last thing I drink is water.

No, I don't plan to drink more fruit juices. They have a lot of sugar, even ones that don't have more sugar added. I drink 16 glasses of water a day. I think that far outweighs one soda I happen to drink near dinner.

wow, that's great but still insufficient, coke is just a sugar liquefied i think, then all that is inside your body so you have to eliminate it just drink more water even though sodas are really good in taste and very difficult to erase in our daily schedule, but we have too even just a or one bottle a week, then so on..trust me i know you know how bad it is in our health when daily taken, some people even have it twice or thrice or even more in just one day, try to replace it with fruit juices, right!!??, thanks, good!!^^

I drink only water after dinner. But curd is the last item of our dinner. Either we mix with rice or just raw curd. So I do not know whether to say curd or water, may be water as that is the last item.

Curd is fermented milk. Take luke warm milk, put little curd or watery curd which is called buttermilk or if you do not have curd at home, put little tamarind, after few hours it will become tight solid white thing which is called curd. Curd it very good for health. When you put little water in this curd and mix well, that is called buttermilk. This is good for heat removal from the body, for curtailing loose motion, removing gas from the stomach and also healthy.

i prefer water because this will cleanse my residues and takes away my toxins and help me in digestion of my foods that i eat. i usual do this because this helps me a lot. unlike other beverages water is considered as the best solution for digesting foods in our stomach. this will help us to eliminate such toxins that will kills our body in the future. drinking more water helps us to get rid of our thirst and tiredness. we should drink at least eight glasses of water to normalized our body conditions. and to make us more energetic and more active in the future workdays...

I think it should be more 10-16 glasses, or to 12 glasses, since we are very busy and we are always tired and giving out liquid on our skin, perspiration, we should drink more water and since more salts and sugar a day, yes, and also it neutralizes or making the acidity on our stomach normal, thanks, good!!^^

I usually just drink water. Whenever I am thirsty I only need water because that is the only thing that can really quench my thirst. Usually after eating I get a bit thirsty. I could also drink coke or some other soft drink but that is only if I am not that thirsty after eating. But water is my number one choice of drink.

well I prefer drinking water after my dinner. My mothers asks meto dring curdshake and I do once in a while. But I sometime like to drink Sprite or mountain dew after my dinner because it releases you from gas.

I don't think so carbonated drinks so when you drink them they will just turn to carbon dioxide, or carbon monoxide(lol^^), so somewhat it is not the gas from your food but the gas from the soda, Notice this when you open a bottled soda a somewhat gas comes out or others or even I called it "spirit" of the soda, that is the carbonic gas from the soda, I think in some way just a little portion of your gas just come out with the soda gas, so if you will drink many soda, a li'l by li'l you will be freed from your intestinal gas, but you have many carbonic acid in your tummy which is bad, just drink water, by the way, what is "curdshake", a shake out of curd?,beancurd?, thanks^^good!!^^
