How many interested in making money with niche site?

Hi guys,
I am just wondering how many of you are interested in having a money site but didn't have one because
1) No Money
2) No Time
3) No How-To (Don't know how to build one)
4) No interest in making money
Do let me know why..
I believe everyone should have at least 1 moneysite making passive income for themselves.
